CNDP authorisation
In accordance with Law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the processing described below has been authorised by the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) under no. A-PO-1256/2024, issued following decision no. 599-2025 of 10 October 2025.
Purpose of the processing
The data is processed for the sole purpose of connecting people requesting medical assistance with doctors or assistance companies.
Data collected
When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we only collect the information needed to arrange the connection: your name, your phone number, the address of the visit and a description of your request.
If you use the website’s “General enquiry” form, we receive your name, your phone number and your message, solely to answer your request. This form is intended for non-medical questions.
The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool, and does not call on any external font or statistics service.
Recipients
The data is intended for authorised staff of SOS AERO ASSISTANCE INTERNATIONALE and, for the purposes of the connection, for the doctors or assistance companies concerned. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and technical services
To ensure the security and delivery of the website, the host Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed). SOS AERO ASSISTANCE INTERNATIONALE does not use this data to identify visitors.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your exchanges pass through that service, under its own terms of use and privacy policy.
Messages sent with the form are delivered by email through the sending provider Brevo.
Retention period
The data is kept for 30 days and then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
In accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law no. 09-08, you have the right to access and rectify your data and, on legitimate grounds, to object to its processing.
To exercise these rights, write to sosmedecin20@gmail.com or by post to SOS AERO ASSISTANCE INTERNATIONALE, 44 rue des Hôpitaux, 20360 Casablanca, enclosing a copy of your identity document.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

SOS AERO ASSISTANCE INTERNATIONALE implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
